Founder & Head Pizzaiolo
Besar is a young and talented artist whose canvas is dough and whose paints are the freshest ingredients. His journey began in the vibrant culinary scene of Berlin, where he didn't just learn to make pizza—he learned to understand it. He forged his skills under the guidance of masters, discovering the secrets to the perfect crust and the most harmonious flavor combinations. For Besar, this was more than a job; it was the discovery of a lifelong passion. He brought that fire back home, and with it, a dream to create a place where every slice tells a story of dedication, quality, and the pure love of food.
